Shipping Times
We know you need your vape juice like, yesterday, so we work hard to get your order in the mail ASAP!
Most orders placed by noon will be prepped, packed, delivered to the postal carrier and on their way to you that same day. Occasionally we will have a higher than normal order volume and your order may go out the following day instead. For this reason, even though most orders placed by noon will go out same day we cannot guarantee this time--it could take us an extra day if we're swamped. If you're running out of e-juice, leave as a note with your order and we'll do our best to rush it to you!
Please note, we are closed on Saturday and Sunday. That means that if you place an order Friday afternoon, it won't ship until Monday.

Please note that these are all third party shippers and we don't have any control over your package once it leaves our facility. In addition, although their advertised shipping times are generally reliable, we can't guarantee these carriers will deliver your order within their advertised delivery window. Sometimes they are late and, unfortunately, there's nothing we can do to help in these instances since these are unaffiliated companies.
Please also understand that FedEx 2 Day does not include the time it takes us to prepare and pack your order. FedEx's delivery times are for their delivery services only. We'll also need time to get your order ready for you although, as explained above in "Shipping Times," we ship most orders same day if you place it by noon.

Return Shipping
If there's a problem with your order and you need to return it, we'll issue a prepaid shipping label so you can send it back to us free of charge. We want you to be happy with your order and we make returns easy!
