USPS Vape Mail Ban Now In Effect

October 21, 2021

UPDATE (10/27/21): We HAVE found a shipping solution and we expect to reopen our website on Friday, 10/29/21. Thank you for your patience. We are fighting hard to be able to continue to be there for our customers despite the endless regulatory challenges we have faced in the past two years!

The USPS vape mail ban has been suddenly implemented as of today, October 21st. The ban, mandated by Congress, makes it illegal to ship vaping products through the United States Postal Service.

We will be switching to alternative, private carriers and plan to resume sales and shipments within the next few days.

However, the transition to private carriers is likely to be a bumpy road. We expect potential delays as the private delivery service network struggles to absorb the sudden influx of vape mail. In general, we are hearing that shipping times will likely be 10 to 14 days.

It is going to take some logistics to implement the new delivery services and we don't want our customers caught up in the initial chaos so please be patient and give us a few days to ensure the new system will be workable.

We expect to resume sales and shipments next week. Please check back here for updates.

Thank you for your patience as vaping continues to come under attack from unfair and punitive regulations.
