As of early 2026, Kai’s Virgin Vapor is once again owned and operated by its original founder.

Over the past several years, the company was operated by a third party. During that time, many customers experienced issues including changes in product consistency, customer service challenges, and a departure from the standards that originally defined Kai’s Virgin Vapor.

We’ve heard your feedback—and we agree.


What’s Changing

We are actively restoring Kai’s Virgin Vapor to its original values:

  • Returning to our original formulas and flavor profiles
  • Reestablishing strict ingredient and quality standards
  • Rebuilding our commitment to responsive, reliable customer service

Our goal is simple:

Product & Ingredient Standards

Kai’s Virgin Vapor has always focused on clean, minimal ingredient formulations.

Our products are made using:

  • Organic vegetable glycerin (VG)
  • Natural and organic flavor extracts
  • Nicotine (if selected)

We do not use:

  • Artificial colors
  • Artificial sweeteners
  • Propylene glycol (PG)

We are also working toward reestablishing our organic handling certification. In the meantime, the individual ingredients used in our formulations remain certified organic where applicable.


Lab Testing & Transparency

Transparency has always been a core part of Kai’s Virgin Vapor.

We conduct extensive testing for harmful and potentially harmful constituents (HPHCs) and publish our results so customers can make informed decisions.

Important Note for Returning Customers

If you previously ordered during the period when Kai’s Virgin Vapor was operated by the third party, you may notice differences.

We have returned to our original formulations and standards.

👉 Some customers may find it helpful to adjust nicotine levels slightly when placing a new order, depending on their previous experience.

Shipping & Operations

We have relocated operations to Texas and now ship from our U.S.-based fulfillment center.

  • Most orders ship within 24 hours
  • Same-day shipping typically available before noon (CT)
  • We occasionally experience heavy order volume and need an extra day or two to ship--if you're running low, just send us an email so we can do our best to rush your order out the door
